Overview & Benchmarks
Your headline KPIs, plus a 0–100 health score vs. your follower tier.
How it works
The Overview tab leads with four 30-day KPI cards (Reach, Interactions, Profile views, New follows), each with a trend arrow and a sparkline, followed by an "Engagement health" panel of gauges: Engagement rate, Discovery (share of reach from non-followers), Engaged/reached, and Save rate.
The Benchmarks tab adds a single Health score, a weighted 0–100 roll-up of your KPIs, plotted against healthy ranges for creators at your follower tier, plus a full "All KPIs" grid (reach rate, save/share/like/comment rate, views/reach, growth rate, posting cadence, and more) that goes beyond what Instagram’s own Insights shows.
Every number refreshes from Meta every 15 minutes; use Refresh in the top bar to force an update.

Check your health score
Switch to the Benchmarks tab to see how each KPI compares to the healthy range for your follower tier, not just the raw number.
Tips to get the most out of it
- A high reach with low engagement rate usually means the content is compelling to see but not to interact with, try ending posts with a clearer prompt.
- Save rate is the strongest "worth coming back to" signal Instagram gives you, chase saves over likes when judging what to make more of.
