A permanent record of what Instagram forgets, and an analyst that answers from your own numbers.
How it works
A daily snapshot of your account outlives Instagram’s roughly 30-day window: followers, reach, interactions and profile views from 7 days to all time, with follower retention (net change, gross new follows and implied unfollows). It fills in one day at a time. The Story archive keeps each Story’s numbers as it expires, and "Posts you removed" keeps the numbers of posts that disappear from your feed.
"Ask your account" answers four quick questions instantly from your numbers, and a typed question from an AI that reads a short summary of your own account only, never anyone else’s comments or messages. Every answer says what it was based on. The weekly review says what happened and the one thing worth changing, or that nothing needs changing.
The lab tests things. A posting-time test compares your two most-used times of day on median reach with an honest confidence level. Follower attribution shows which posts brought the followers, from daily per-post snapshots. "How long Reels hold a viewer" shows average watch time, because Instagram does not expose a per-second retention curve.

Tips to get the most out of it
- Because Instagram doesn’t expose an unfollow event, "Implied unfollows" (gross new follows minus net change) is the only way to see churn. Watch it trend, not just its single-period value.
- When the posting-time test says "inconclusive", believe it. It means the two times perform about the same, and there is nothing to gain from changing your schedule yet.
