Calendar, weekly slots & fill your queue

Calendar has a Week view (hour by hour, with a line for now) and a Month view (six weeks, a cell per day). Drag any upcoming post to a new time or day to reschedule it: in the Week view times snap to 15 minutes; in the Month view a post keeps its time of day. Drag a post into Unscheduled to clear its time without deleting it. Click an empty slot or day to plan a post there.

Weekly slots are the times you like to post, such as "Mon · Wed · Fri at 9 AM". Set them from the Queue tab. A slot never publishes anything on its own: it only decides which time a post is given when you tap a "Next free slots" chip or fill your queue, and editing a slot never moves a post that is already scheduled. In the Week view your open slots appear as dashed boxes: click one to plan a post at exactly that time, or drop a post on it. A slot with another post within 30 minutes counts as taken.

Suggest a rhythm turns "I want to post 3 times a week" into slots at the hours your followers are most active. Instagram reports when followers are online by hour of day, not by weekday, so the hours come from your own data and the days are simply spread evenly through the week. With no audience data yet it starts from an early-evening default and says so.

Fill slots gives every undated draft the next free slot, in queue order. It shows you the assignment first, and nothing is scheduled until you confirm.

The Month view also marks dates worth planning around (a sparkle on holidays, shopping days and awareness days; click one to save it to Ideas) and flags your brand-deal dates from Deal Desk. Times use your browser’s timezone, the same clock as the composer.
