Import testimonials and FAQs from Instagram
Turn genuine DMs into page content, inside the block editors you already use.
How it works
When a Testimonials or FAQ block is open in the Page Builder, its editor can show an Import from Instagram panel: genuine praise from your DMs to add as testimonials, and questions people keep asking to add as FAQ entries. It sits inside the editor on purpose, because that is the moment you are looking at an empty block.
Suggestions favour real sentences over one-word reactions, so what appears reads like an actual testimonial rather than a string of emoji.
Accepting adds the item to your draft page, exactly like an edit you make by hand. It only goes live when you publish, and the confirmation says so. Testimonials come with a consent tick: confirm you have the sender’s OK before you credit anyone by name. For a question, you write the answer yourself in your own voice.
Nothing is added without you. Dismiss a suggestion and it is gone; accept one and it becomes an ordinary block entry you can edit or remove like any other.

Open a Testimonials or FAQ block
In the Page Builder, add the block and open its editor.

It appears when an Instagram account is connected and has suggestions waiting.

Accept or dismiss
Accept the ones you want, confirm consent for testimonials, and write your own answer for questions.

Publish
Accepted items sit in your draft until you publish the page.
Tips to get the most out of it
- Three specific, genuine quotes beat ten generic ones. Be selective.
- Rewrite FAQ answers in your own voice before publishing. The question can be common; the answer should still sound like you.
- Check the panel every week or two. New praise and repeated questions build up on their own, so you are reviewing, not hunting.
