The Money Inbox
Brand deals and buyers on top. Fans answered. Scams and pitches gone.
How it works
Every DM that isn’t already part of an Auto-DM flow is read and filed into one of four lanes. Money holds paid brand inquiries and people trying to buy from you. Needs a reply holds real questions and gifting offers. Auto-handled is fan mail that already got an answer. Ignored is scams and people selling services to you. Only the first lane is meant to cost you attention.
Brand inquiries arrive with the offer already pulled out: who is writing, the budget they stated, the deliverables they asked for and the deadline they gave. Anything they didn’t say shows as “Not stated” rather than a guess, and a parsed budget always shows the words it came from, so you can check it at a glance.
Sorting runs on every plan and costs nothing. On Max, AI reads the message on top of the rules, which sharpens the category and pulls more out of a message written in an unusual way. AI is only ever allowed to promote something into a lane that needs attention, or to fill in blanks — it can never bury an inquiry that stated a budget.
Auto-replies (Max) go out once per person, the first time they write, and only for the categories you switch on. The brand-deal reply sends your media kit, so a brand can see your audience and your rates while you sleep. If your media kit isn’t published, that line is dropped rather than sending a dead link.
Reply to anyone straight from the inbox. Instagram only allows a DM within 24 hours of that person’s last message; if that window closes before the send goes out, the conversation comes back to your inbox marked “Reply did not send” instead of sitting there looking answered.
Change a category and it stays changed — that conversation is pinned and will not be re-sorted when they write again. Mark deals Won or Lost to keep the pipeline number honest.
How it flows
Set it up
- 1
- 2
Turn on sorting
On the Settings tab, switch on “Sort my DMs”. This works on every plan, and only affects DMs that arrive from then on.
- 3
Try it on a real DM
Paste a message you’ve actually received into “Try it on a real DM” and see which lane it lands in and what would be sent back. Nothing is saved and nobody is messaged.
- 4
Switch on auto-replies (Max)
Pick the categories you want answered automatically and edit the copy. {mediaKit} becomes your media-kit link.
- 5
Work the Money lane
Open a card to read the full message, check the offer, reply, and mark it Won or Lost when it resolves.
Tips to get the most out of it
- Publish your media kit before switching on auto-replies. It is the whole point of replying instantly — a brand that gets your audience numbers and rates within seconds has no reason to go and ask the next creator.
- Leave “Minimum budget” empty at first. Most real brands open without naming a figure, and those inquiries always stay in Money; the floor only moves inquiries that named a number too small to be worth your time.
- Correct anything filed wrongly rather than working around it. A corrected conversation is pinned, so the same contact never gets mis-sorted twice.
- Reply inside 24 hours or you cannot reply at all. The “Median first reply” tile exists to make that habit visible.
