Comment FAQ answers
Answer a repeated question once, and let it reply for you.
How it works
The Community FAQ tab lists the questions people keep asking (from Signals) next to the answers you have saved. An answer you mark live can reply to a comment that reads as the same question, and to matching DMs. The same answer also feeds your page’s FAQ block, so you write it once.
A reply can go out in one of three ways: under the comment, by DM, or as a short public pointer plus a DM. An answer that would look like spam in public (several links, a pile of hashtags, all capitals or very long) automatically goes by DM with a short public pointer instead of failing.
Matching is deliberately careful. A comment must read as a question one of your live answers covers, unclear matches send nothing, and statements never collect an answer. An optional AI step (off by default, because it sends comment text to the AI provider) may only choose one of your own answers. It can never write a new one.
Volume is capped. An hourly ceiling (30 by default) stops a viral post from triggering a flood of public replies, and anything over the ceiling is held rather than sent. Each comment gets at most one reply, and a repeated delivery from Instagram can never double-reply under a public comment.
Sending needs Pro or Max and an answer marked live. Pro sends up to 500 answers a month and Max is unlimited; at the limit, matching questions are left for you to answer and you are told at 80% and 100%. An answer sent by DM also counts toward your automated DMs. Until you switch it on nothing is sent, and Try it on a real comment shows exactly what would be.

Tips to get the most out of it
- Never automate a complaint or an order problem. Keep answers for questions with one correct answer, such as shipping times or sizing.
- State your real policy in one line and link the full page. A short, specific answer reads as help, not as a bot.
