Plans overview

There are two lines. The Creator suite (Free, Starter, Pro, Max) is the whole toolkit: Instagram automation, scheduling, Comment Shield, insights, brand deals and your link-in-bio page. The Link-in-bio plans (Link Pro, Link Max) are the page and store on their own, with Instagram tools on Free. Pro includes everything in Link Pro, and Max includes everything in Link Max.

Free: 1,000 automated DMs a month across 3 live automations, up to 10 upcoming posts, Comment Shield on 2,000 comments a month, 30 AI caption drafts a month, 30 days of analytics history, Post Report and Trial Bench with the core numbers, the Money Inbox, Deal Desk (5 active deals) with 1 invoice a month, a published media kit with a knit.bio badge, and a link-in-bio page with all 24 block types (5 active), all 28 themes and one page.

Starter: 10,000 automated DMs a month, unlimited automations and scheduling, the follower gate and email capture, removing the “via knit.bio” line from DMs, email broadcasts (1,000 a month), AI that sorts your brand DMs and spots warm leads in comments, Superfan names and Signals topics, 90 days of analytics history and 10 invoices a month. The page stays on Link Free.

Pro: 25,000 automated DMs a month and the full Insights suite (Deep Dive, A/B testing, and every Post Report and Trial Bench KPI, with a year of history and 5 PDF reports a month), FAQ auto-answers (500 a month), Ad triggers and product cards in DMs, Inbox auto-replies and Comment Concierge DMs, Zero tolerance moderation with the AI hostility rule, the full media kit (bookings, PDF, no badge), 5,000 emails a month, 100 invoices a month, and Link Pro: unlimited active blocks, 3 pages, a store with 10 products, your own payout methods, Shopify and email-tool sync, and no knit.bio branding.

Max: unlimited automated DMs, comments screened, FAQ auto-answers and invoices, the highest AI allowances, unlimited PDF reports and full history, 20,000 emails a month, priority support, and Link Max: unlimited products and pages, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and ad tracking, and password and age-locked blocks.

Monthly allowances reset on the 1st and are never billed as overage: you are told at 80% and 100%, and at the limit the feature pauses or falls back to its rule-based version. Watch your usage under Settings → Usage.

On every plan the platform takes a 0% cut of your sales. You connect your own payment method and keep 100%. Selling itself is the paid feature: the store is included with Pro and Max.
