Scheduling for up to 10 upcoming posts, plus Grid, Queue, Calendar, weekly slots, the Ideas board (with AI caption drafts), first comments and labels. Analytics, Post Report and Trial Bench (one test at a time). Comment Shield bundles and up to 3 rules of your own. DM sorting in the Inbox. Superfan and Signals counts. Drafting a Broadcast and sending test emails.

Starter adds: unlimited automations, the follower gate and Capture email, removing the “via knit.bio” line from DMs, unlimited scheduling, 20 rules of your own, AI reads in the Inbox and on comments, Superfan names, Signals topics, and sending a Broadcast (250 people per email send).

Pro adds: Ad (Dark Post) triggers, Rewind, product and product-carousel replies in DMs (they need your store), Inbox auto-replies, Comment Concierge intent playbook DMs, FAQ auto-answers (500 a month, including the “Also answer this in my DMs” switch on Signals), Zero tolerance and the AI hostility rule, Superfan messaging, Signals Praise and Notify who asked, importing testimonials and FAQs from Instagram, the full Insights suite (the earnings and comparison KPIs in Post Report, the confidence read and money KPIs in Trial Bench, A/B testing, Deep Dive and white-label PDF reports), and the full media kit with booking requests.

Max adds: no monthly cap on automated DMs, screened comments, FAQ auto-answers or invoices, the largest AI allowances, unlimited PDF reports with your full history, and content prompts in Signals. Deep Dive in Insights starts on Pro.

Money tools: Deal Desk, invoices, the ledger, rates and forecast are on every plan (Free tracks 5 active deals, Starter 25). Short links run 5 / 25 / 100 / unlimited, custom endings and QR codes start on Starter, payout tracking on Pro, and the payout calendar, CSV import and branded short domain on Max.

If a feature you are using is above your plan, you see what it would unlock and a way to upgrade. Nothing is deleted when a plan changes.
