How it works

Connection: see your connected @handle and status. If it says “Needs reconnecting”, use Reconnect to restore it. Disconnect stops every automation and scheduled post immediately but deletes nothing, and Delete all data erases the account and everything tied to it (see “Disconnecting, deleting and what is kept”).

Delivery & branding: Remove knit.bio branding strips the "via knit.bio" line from your DMs (Starter and up). Slow-down mode spreads DMs evenly across the hour instead of sending them in a burst, on by default. Hourly DM cap lets you set your own ceiling below your plan’s default, leave it blank to use the plan default.

AI features (metered monthly; Starter gets a smaller allowance for sorting brand DMs and refining borderline comment intent, and the two below are Pro and Max): AI toxic-comment moderation hides hate speech and harassment that a keyword rule would miss, it works alongside your rule-based Comment Shield rules, not instead of them. AI brand-inquiry manager automatically detects genuine sponsorship DMs and auto-replies with a qualifying form link and message you write, tagging the sender brand-inquiry and filing the conversation where you’ll find it under Money → Deals → Requests.

Tips to get the most out of it

  • Leave Slow-down mode on unless you have a specific reason to burst-send, Instagram rate-limits aggressive DM bursts and this keeps you comfortably under that.
  • Set up the AI brand-inquiry manager before you expect an increase in sponsorship DMs (e.g. after a viral post), so the first inbound inquiry is already caught and routed instead of missed in your inbox.
