How it works

Every person your Auto-DM automations interact with becomes a contact: their username, any email or phone number captured (via the "Capture email" automation option), whether they follow you, the tags your automations applied, and when they were first seen.

Filter contacts by All, Leads (anyone with an email or phone), or Brand inquiries (tagged brand-inquiry, applied automatically when the AI brand-inquiry manager in Settings handles a sponsorship DM). Export the current filtered view to CSV any time.

Set it up

    Open Leads

    Go to Dashboard → IG Suite → Leads.

    Switch tabs to narrow the list, then click CSV to download it.

Tips to get the most out of it

  • Tag contacts inside your Auto-DM automations (e.g. interest:beginner_fitness) so this list arrives pre-segmented instead of one flat pile you have to sort later.
  • Export regularly and import into your email tool if you want to nurture Instagram leads outside of DMs, this page doesn’t send email itself.
