How it works

IG Suite lives at Dashboard → IG Suite and needs an Instagram Business or Creator account connected via Meta’s official login. Personal accounts aren’t supported, Instagram only exposes the Graph API (DMs, insights, comment moderation, publishing) to Business/Creator accounts.

Once connected, every IG Suite page (Auto-DMs, Plan, Analytics, Spam Protection, Leads, Media Kit, Settings) reads and writes through that one connection. You can disconnect any time from Settings.

Set it up

    Open IG Suite

    Go to Dashboard → IG Suite. If nothing is connected yet you’ll see a single "Connect Instagram" card.

    Authorize with Meta

    Click Connect Instagram and approve the permissions in the Meta popup. This uses expiring, auto-refreshed tokens under the hood, so you don’t need to reconnect periodically.

    Confirm the account

    Your @handle appears in a "Connected" card at the top of every IG Suite page, with a status dot (green = connected).

Tips to get the most out of it

  • If your account is Personal, switch it to Professional (Business or Creator) in the Instagram app first, then connect.
  • Disconnecting in Settings stops all automations and scheduled posts immediately, so pause individual automations instead if you just want a break.
