How it works

One-click hosted onboarding: no API keys to copy. If you don't have a Stripe account yet, one is created for you as part of the flow.

knit.bio uses Stripe Connect destination charges so buyers pay through Stripe and funds settle to your connected account, with your account ID stored for reference.

Already have a Stripe account with its own API key? Use the "Already have a Stripe account?" option instead to paste a restricted key directly — skips onboarding, still settles straight to your account.

Set it up

    Connect with Stripe

    In Settings → Integrations → Stripe, click "Connect with Stripe".

    Approve

    Approve the connection, or create a Stripe account inside the flow.

    (Alternative) Paste your own key

    Already on Stripe? Open "Already have a Stripe account?" and paste a restricted API key instead.
