Publishing, booking & sharing
Your public link, a request-to-book calendar, and a downloadable PDF.
How it works
Your media kit lives at a public URL (knit.bio/mediakit/yourhandle) built from your profile username. You can edit and preview everything on any plan, but toggling Published, which makes the live link reachable, requires Premium; on lower plans a save is kept as a draft instead.
The public kit ends with a Book a slot section: visitors pick a sponsorship package and an open date from a calendar (respecting your lead time and weekdays-only setting, and greying out dates you’ve already got booked), then submit a request. No payment happens at request time, you confirm availability and send a secure payment link afterward.
A Download PDF button on the public page lets brands save an offline copy of your kit to share internally.
How it flows
Set it up
- 1
Get your link
Your public URL is shown at the top of the Media Kit page, copy it or open it directly.
- 2
Publish
Flip Published on once your design and content are ready. Requires Premium, on other plans this saves as a draft you can publish later.
- 3
Handle booking requests
When someone requests a slot, follow up to confirm the date and send them a payment link through whichever payment method you’ve set up.
Tips to get the most out of it
- Share the media kit link directly in your Instagram bio or in reply to inbound sponsorship DMs, it turns a back-and-forth negotiation into a self-serve pick-a-package-and-date flow.
- Keep your sponsorship packages’ lead time realistic, a shorter lead time shows more availability but leaves less buffer for you to actually prepare a sponsored post.
